Dear Airline Name,
This letter is generated from a recent troubling experience I had while traveling on your airline. On date, I traveled on flight flight number from originating city to destination city. When I reached the baggage claim, I discovered after a minutes waited wait, that my luggage was lost. I immediately contacted baggage claim who told me that I could be sure that my luggage would arrive on the next plane. That was more than time since luggage has been lost.
I was told that I should expect compensation within days from the date that you received my claim form. It has been days since claim form received. I have spent hours filling out forms and on the phone begging for a resolution. I absolutely cannot keep this up and upon receipt of this letter I expect immediate compensation.
